Today's Food

I've not done much today. We wnet into Sainsbury's early this morning to buy more Kinder Eggs that want to be in jackiejj 's films - it took a long time auditioning them but we did what we could! lol

Then home and packing.  We said we wouldn't take as much this time - as we're going to family we can wash and dry things , but the case still seems to be full.

poliphilo  is always a bit 'odd' when we're going away but tonight he's as jittery as hell.  He's had to take some 'Quiet Life' tablets.  He's not usually this bad.  I book everything and make sure we've got everything we need and so on, because I know he's uncomfortable with it all.  I don't blame him - just before we met he took his 3 kids - eldest 11 and youngest 8 - to London on the train and then on to his father's 70th birthday party.  By the time they got to London he had a migraine and was being sick, so it put him off travelling - who can blame it.  Hopefully he'll be okay tomorrow (fingers crossed)

Breakfast:  porridge with protein powder and 1.5tsp sugar

Snack:  danish pastry

Lunch:  garlic sausage salad, 1 small bread roll, 1 apple

Evening:  Oatcakes & cheese, fruit & yogurt

Snack:  garlic sausage, 1 apple

Drinks:  3 large decaf coffees, 1/2 pint dry ginger with ginger wine, 1/2 pint slimline tonic water.
