Today's Food

I've done nothing today -except make a couple of cards. Denise my carer came at lunchtime, I had thought of going swimming but somehow I hurt my hip in my sleep last night so I didn't feel up to it. She's supposed to do some cleaning if I don't want to go out but I find that a bit embarassing so I did what I'd promised myself I wouldn't do and just sent her on her way.

Breakfast: porridge with protein powder, & 1.5 tsp sugar

Snack: 15 grams chicken, kinder egg

Lunch: salmon in lime & coriander sauce, small slice of bread, Muller fruit corner.

Snack: 15 grams chicken, 1 apple

Evening: 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup pineapple 1 mandarin orange, peaches in strawberry jelly

Snack: mini salami

Drinks: 4 large decaf coffees, 1/2 pint slimline tonic 1/5 pints water.
