Breakfast: strawberries & yogurt. 100g chicken - 1 slice cut into small pieces and eaten every 30 minutes or so.
Lunch: Soya turkey, soya sausage with soya bacon wrapped around it, kinder egg & an apple
Evening: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, mandarin orange & pineapple slices, 3 soya sausages.
Snacks: cheese & oatcakes.
Drinks: 2 large decaf coffees, 1/2 pint slimline tonic water, 1.5 liters iced water.
