Snack before swimming: 4 blackpepper oatcakes 20 grams smoked salmon
Lunch: Quorn in breadcrumbs & lemon, sprouts & the white of 2 duck eggs
Evening: 140 grams turkey, 2 slices rye bread & applesauce
Snack: 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese with applesauce. 15 grams smaoked salmon
Drinks: 2 liters of iced water(!) 3/4 pint slimline tonic water with lime, 3 large herbal teas.
