Today's food

I'm not nearly so tired today, though still not on top form. I went swimming this lunchtime and apart from a woman with her toddler son I had the pool to myself most of the time. It's a very small pool, but it is a walk in one so I don't have any problems getting in or out. And as I love to swim it is nice to be able to get in and out without using a hoist - especially as the one at the main baths doesn't seem to work half the time.

Breakfast: 20 grams protein powder, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries

Snack before swimming: 4 blackpepper oatcakes 20 grams smoked salmon

Lunch: Quorn in breadcrumbs & lemon, sprouts & the white of 2 duck eggs

Evening: 140 grams turkey, 2 slices rye bread & applesauce

Snack: 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese with applesauce. 15 grams smaoked salmon

Drinks: 2 liters of iced water(!) 3/4 pint slimline tonic water with lime, 3 large herbal teas.
