About 5pm yesterday I nearly fell asleep at my computer, so I went for a lie down. I got up at 6p, and had my tea whilst watching tv. As soon as I had eaten I fell asleep in the chair and dozed for the next 3/4 hour. Tony then suggested that I should go to bed, which I did. I slept until 8 am and woke up still feeling groggy. Now I'm headachy and still sleepy. I think it's all my exercise catching up with me.
