Today's food

No more 'g' problems for me - I've swopped keyboards with poliphilo - he's a two finger typist whereas I use them all and don't hit the 'g' key either hard enough or in the right direction.

I've been out this evening to a Social Services (they mainly deal with people with Learning Difficulties, although I get Khadijah, my volunteer carer, from part of their operation). Last time I went I sold my cards, but as I didn't have any this time I 'stood' - literally stood for a couple of hours - the bring and buy stall. It was good fun. The proceeds is going to the Tsunami appeal. I made over £60 and there was £3 entrance fee (including supper) and a raffle so hopefully they've made quite a bit of money. I know that I came back with more stuff than I took!

Breakfast: 20 grams Protein powder, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 3 macedamia nuts.

Lunch: Cod in herb sauce, red & green cabbage, apple

Evening: Cottage cheese with 1 cup of pineapple & 1/3 cup mandarin oranges.

Snack: 20 grams smoked salmon, 2 blackpepper oatcakes.

Drinks: 3 small cups of coffee (small plastic cups) 3 large herbal teas, 1/2 pint slimline tonic water, 1/2 liter iced water.
