Today's food

I've had a really lazy day today. I put things away from yesterday and had a shower. Then I expected my parents to turn up but they rang and cancelled, so I did bits of things around the house and this evening we sat down to watch a dvd - decided we didn't like it - so we watched another dvd - didn't like that one either and ended up watching another Hitchcock movie.

Breakfast: 20 grams protein powder, 1 cup pineapple, 1/3 cup mandarin oranges

Lunch: 1 packet soy nuts, 2 veggie sausages, cauliflower cheese, 1 apple

Evening: 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup pineapple, 1/3 cup mandarin oranges, 10 grams smoked salmon & 2 blackpepper oatcakes

Snacks: 10 grams smoked salmon & 2 blackpepper oatcakes - twice

Drinks: 2 liters of iced water, 3/4 pint slimline tonic water, 3 large herbal teas
