I'm really tired today. I'd like to go to bed early but don't want to slip back into old habits.poliphilois a little better his mind/brain has resurfaced - he no longer looks blankly at me when I ask him something, but today his stomach is ill. Hopefully it's whatever it is coming out. I hope so.
It seems so unfair him being ill. He doesn't have much of a life - his world revolves around looking after me. He cooks, cleans, washes, makes lots of drinks , puts the ice in my water, rubs in my creams, helps me with any dressing problems, puts up with my moods - he even massages my feet most nights, so I think he has enough to put up with.
Breakfast: 20 grams protein powder, 1 cup strawberries, 1 oz low fat cheese.
Lunch: 3 soya links sausages, 1/2 cauliflower topped with 1 oz melted low fat cheese & brussels sprouts
Snack 15 grams smoked salmon 1 apple
Evening: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup mandarins, 1 nectarine.
Snack, 10 grams smoked salmon, 2 blackpepper oatcakes
Drinks: 2 liters of iced water, 1 small & 2 large herbal teas, 1/2 pint slimline tonic water.
I am going to go to bed - I am so sleepy I don't think I'm in the zone.
