At poliphilo 's instruction I've had a very quiet day. A while ago I spent my mornings watching, and enjoying, daytime tv. Today because it was either that or reading on the bed I watched the tv from my recliner chair - and I was so bored by it. I wonder if it was because it wasn't my choice of things to do. My hips are much better this evening and I'll start using my elliptical walker and stepper again tomorrow - little and often I was told on Monday.
Breakfast: cottage cheese & pineapple & orange
Lunch: Chicken salad, kinder egg, blueberry yogurt
Evening: 5 soya sundried and olive tomatoes , a pear and some strawberries
Drinks: 2 large decaf coffees 1 large herbal tea 1 pint slimline tonic water, 1 pint iced water.
