Today's food

We went into Oldham this morning, with poliphilo waving his new Holga camera around. He's got it set on the larger picture and it only takes 12 to the film. So when he said to me this evening that we can share it, my eyebrows went up. I've been looking for a cheap camera of my own, but these plastic camera people are catching on - the price has gone up. We were told that they are about $20, yet when I've looked this evening they start at double that. I've not even been able to find a Holga as cheap as ours (about £35 incl p&p), except on ebay.co.uk where they are coming from Hong Kong and I know a lot of people on ebay who've been stung waiting for goods from Hong Kong so I don't know what to do.

Breakfast: 20grams protein powder, 1/3 cup applesauce, 1 cup strawberries

Lunch: 1/2 chicken

Evening: cottage cheese, applesauce & mandarin orange.

Snacks: 5 small ready cooked rashers of back bacon, 4 oatcakes with smoked salmon.

Drinks: 1/2 pint slimline tonic with lime, 1 cappuchino coffee, 3 large herbal teas. 1 liter iced water.

New Camera

Well I've done it. I've just bought myself a very cheap plastic camera. It was something jackiejj said about buying from Amazon.com. I went there and sure enough the camera was cheap, so I put it through to buy and... they didn't ship to the UK. But whilst I was there I put in toy camera and unlike when I'd put it in on Amazon.co.uk up popped a few toy cameras. So I went back to the UK site and there was a pretty pink Barbie camera complete with album & film for £9.94 (£13.18 incl vat & p&p) So I bought it.

I may be the only 50 year old using a Barbie camera lol.
