No food today

I'm not bothering to write down today's food as apart from breakfast, when I had my usual protein powder, strawberries & blueberries, I've mainly eaten food that I shouldn't have.

In my defense we have been out to see some friends today and I ate what they gave us, plus we took the pudding and I had summer fruits and custard, while they had Tarte au Citron and fresh cream.

I have walked 8756 steps today which is 5.25 kilometers or 3.62 miles - I'm amazed - this is a record for me - in the last 10 years my maximum has been 4000 steps which I managed last week in London. I have to say that I'm mighty proud of myself!
