1.25 pounds - on!

I don't know wht I'm doing wrong, but on Sunday I was 208 lbs and this morning I'm 209.25. As far as I can tell I'm following the diet as I should and I'm losing inches. I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist and 0.75 inches off my hips. Could this be the exercising? Am I putting on muscle - but surely it's too soon to tell?

I'm not letting it put me off. I know by how I feel that this diet suits me. I've got tons more energy. Hopefully it's just a small blip.

I've been packing this morning. I dread packing for a fortnight in June with all the stuff we take for 6 days. Mind you going to Spain in June we should need less cold weather clothes than to go to London in January.

All the exercise I've been doing has upset my back. I'm okay as long as I don't bend but packing has been a pain - literally. It'll get better.

Apologies to everyone who reads my journal/comments for any missing 'g's as at least half of the time it doesn't work - I bought it cheap - so I can't complain really. lol

Today's food

The weather seems to be clearing up and we're all packed ready to go to London tomorrow. When I booked the tickets, I booked a wheelchair space and as they couldn't get their new system to work properly they had to put us in 1st class - at no extra charge. It's a hard life! lol

Breakfast: 20 grams protein powder, 1 mandarin, 1 tsp reduced sugar blackcurrant jam, 3 macedamia nuts.

Snack: 2 oatcakes with smoked salmon

Lunch: 4.5 ounces chicken, broccoli & mange tout, 1 apple

Snack; 2 ounces of cheese.

Evening: 4.5 ounces chicken cooked in black bean sauce, 2 oatcakes.

Drinks 2 liters of iced water 1 pint slimline tonic water, 1 large herbal tea.
