Today's food
I've done a lot, for me, today. I've purposely been busy - tidying cupboards, getting things for
poliphilo instead of him etting things for me. I stripped the bed, washed & dried the bedding, remade the bed - all the things that the rest of you do without thinking. I ended up having to take extra morphine, but I think it was worth it.
Breakfast: 30 grams protein powder 1+ cups strawberries
Lunch: Chicken, brussels sprouts, green beans,
Snack: 2 oz cheese & an apple
Evening: Salmon in coriander & lime sauce, brocolli & mange tout, 2 pineapple rings & yogurt.
Drinks: 2 liters of iced water, 1/2 pint slimline tonic water, 2 large & 1 small herbal tea.
