Today's food

When I was washing up this morning, in my dressing gown, I caught a verysharp pointed knife with my cuff, knocked it off and it hit my foot close to the ankle - luckily it bounced out again when the point hit the bone.

On the surface it's only left a very small cut, but as I'm a diabetic we thought it would be better if I didn't go swimming - because of the chemicals - until it has had a chance to heal some - hopefully next Tuesday. So instead I did half an hour of exercises.

Breakfast: 20 grams protein powder, 1 oz cheese, 3/4 cup strawberries.

Snack: smoked salmon on 2 blackpepper oatcakes.

Lunch: Chicken and the chocolate of a kinder egg,

Snack: 2 oz cheese & cherries

Evening: 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 mandarin orange, smoked salmon on 2 blackpepper oatcakes.

Drinks: 2 liters of iced water, 1/2 pint slimline tonic with lime, 2 large & 1 small herbal tea.
