Snack 2 x black pepper oat cakes + 10g smoked salmon
Lunch: Turkey breast, cauliflower broccoli, 2 small satsumas
Snack: 10z cheese, 1 apple
Evening meal: 1.1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pineapple, 30g rye bread
I'm getting more used to the super shake in a morning now. As soon as I've eaten/drunk I feel starving hungry - much hunrgier than I did before - then after about an hour I'm fine. It's odd really. I'm not feeling so hungry this evening - but there again I've had 3 meals & 2 snacks as I should.
