Yesterday's & Today's Food

I didn't post my food stuffs yesterday evening as, yet again, I was exhausted and in bed by 7pm. I felt rough all day and kept on dozing off - I went back to bed for an hour before lunch. I'm doing a lot more these days and I probably push myself too far, but it's fun so I'm not going to stop just because I have to sleep for the odd day or so :).

I did 100 steps on my walker and 200 steps on my stepper this morning. Then we wnet up to town - in my motorised chair - but I did walk around Sainsbury's pushing the chair. This afternoon Khadijah called with a pretty blouse for me as a thank you for helping her with her assignment, she's deliberately bought me a smaller size - it's a summer blouse - so that it should fit by the time summer comes - I'll have to make sure it does!

Yesterday

Breakfast: 20 grams protein powder, strawberries, 2 rashers of soya bacon.

Lunch: Cod in herb sauce, sprouts, 1 kinder egg, 1 mandarin orange

Evening: Cottage cheese, mandarin & fruitini fruit salad in juice, 6 oatcakes.

Snacks: Cottage cheese eaten at a teaspoonful every hour, 30 grams stilton, 1 apple.

Drinks: 2 large herbal teas, 1 large decaf coffee, 1 small filter decaf, 1/2 pint slimline tonic, 1 pint iced water.

Today:

Breakfast: 20 grams protein powder, strawberries, 2 rashers of soya bacon.

Lunch: Salmon steak, 1 kinder egg, black cherry yogurt

Evening: Cottage cheese, mandarin & fruitini fruit salad in juice, 6 oatcakes.

Snacks: 2 slices turkey, eaten in small pieces all day, 2 oatcakes with cheese on.

Drinks: 1 regular latte, 2 large herbal teas, 1 pint iced water, 1/2 pint slimline tonic water.
