Breakfast: 20 grams protein powder, 1.5 cups strawberries
Lunch: Salmon in Lime & Coriander sauce, spinach & brussels sprouts, low fat fruit yogurt.
Evening: Turkey & veggie sausages, 1 apple, 1 orange.
Snacks: 2 oatcakes with smoked salmon, cottage cheese & applesauce.
Drinks: 2 large herbal teas, 1/2 pint slimline tonic with lime, 1/2 liter iced water.
I'm still very sleepy & am going to bed now - and adding a Stemetil (vertigo tablet) to my evening tablets. I think I've been suffering from a chill, but because of the tablets I take it's not showing itself properly.
